Do you accept pets?

As a pet-friendly community, how is pet waste handled?

We want to ensure that we provide a clean and safe neighborhood for all of our four-legged residents. To help with that goal, we are a proud partner with PooPrints! Upon move-in, each dog is required to provide a DNA swab. 

Do I have to pay for parking?

At Capital Park, all residents can park for free in our parking lot. We also offer attached garages for an additional charge.

Can I tour virtually?

Yes, we offer various touring options to all potential residents, including 360 tours, virtual tours with an agent, and more!

Do you participate in any affordable housing programs?

We do not currently participate in any affordable housing programs. Please feel free to reach out to our team for more information on our rental criteria and available options.

Do you have washers and dryers?

Apartment homes at Capital Park include full-size washers and dryers!

What school district are you located in?

Capital Park is located within the Huntsville City School District. Nearby schools include Providence Elementary, Williams Middle School & Columbia High School.

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

Yes, we offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3-13 months.
